A college in Cardiff is seeking a Lecturer in Public Services for an immediate start. This role involves covering 37 hours per week as a period of sickness cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Public Services.

Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver lectures and tutorials in Public Services.
Prepare and develop teaching materials.
Assess students’ coursework and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Engage with students to support their educational needs.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
Relevant qualification in Public Services or equivalent.
Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
