  • Responsible for the effective performance of our clients DWP Restart contract across Wales, to include meeting objectives for quality, compliance, budget and performance standards
  • Responsible for the direct line management of a dispersed Senior Operations Team and as well as the wider team
  • Ensure all staff have a clear understanding of their measurable targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, maximising all opportunities for business growth.
  • Carry out staff reviews and appraisals, to review performance and identify any areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for budget control and financial management
  • Contribute to strategic partnership growth plans, through new business development and account management.
  • Ensure the delivery sites in your region meet the required quality and performance standard for the business
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience of managing multiple contracts and senior management team, within the welfare to work sector.
  • Excellent people management and performance management skills
  • Proven experience of developing relationships, influencing and negotiating to secure new business
  • Proven experience of managing budgets and working towards/achieving targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
