HR Manager
An established and growing company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take ownership of a critical function within the business, working closely with the owner and senior management team to develop and implement a strategic HR vision.
The Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the companys goals. This hands-on role involves managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, policy management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead an HR team as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear HR strategy, ensuring efficient and effective HR systems and processes.
  • Monitor, review, and update company policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Manage HR training and development programs for all employees.
  • Lead the recruitment process, working closely with senior management to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the companys benefits program and enhance onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Serve as a mental health support officer and champion wellbeing initiatives.
  • Organise team events and lead the Social Committee to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR reports and expert guidance to senior management, strengthening employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing HR for a business or organisation.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR role.
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing others.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in implementing and developing HR systems.
  • People-oriented with a hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
