We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Interim HR Director to lead and enhance the HR function for a client in south Wales. This role requires both strategic expertise and a strong ability to develop and improve HR operations, ensuring and best practice across the organisation.This role requires strong leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure HR operations are working effectively. You will be leading a hardworking HR team who need clear guidance, structure, and a strategic approach to drive improvements. With a workforce of around 700 employees, we need a confident HR leader who knows what good looks like and can ensure the HR operations are efficient, robust, and aligned with best practice.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and bring much-needed direction to a hardworking HR function.
