HR Advisor - Part-Time

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join a leading business based in Cardiff. This role has been created due to continued growth and will give you the chance to lead HR across two sites, Cardiff and Swansea. You'll be the go-to HR professional at both sites, working closely with senior leadership and supporting employees across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support across both sites on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Advise line managers on HR best practices, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Play a role in employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive working environment.
- Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement strategic HR initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Around 3 years of HR experience at an advisory level, ideally in a standalone or generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own transport and the flexibility to travel between the Cardiff and Swansea locations.
