Our client has a workforce of around 800 employees and has a strong local Cardiff presence. Their operations span across Europe and they are renowned for their commitment to growing the circular economy, recycling materials for use in large construction projects.
Description
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5 or HR focused degree
- Proven experience in an HR role
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
