HR ConsultantRemote – Until 30th June 2025 – 37 hours per week - £23.38 p/hrWe are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our public sector client and play a key role in driving effective communication practices within the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments, particularly within the context of organisational restructuring.Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft high-quality HR communications to support organisational changes, ensuring professionalism and alignment with corporate communication standards.
  • Own and manage FAQs within organisational restructuring, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement the project plan for the delivery and execution of communications related to HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate Q&A sessions, providing clear and effective responses to address concerns and build understanding.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and staff, ensuring best practice and self-sufficiency in People Management policies.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in organisational restructuring, including redeployment, ideally within the public sector and with trade unions.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in corporate communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Demonstrable experience in advising and coaching managers and staff, including delivering 1-to-1 sessions and group coaching.
  • Expertise in people management policies, legislation, and best practices, with the ability to offer sound advice and solutions.
  • Confidence to work independently while also being a strong team collaborator.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships at all levels, establishing trust and confidence across the organisation.
