HR Data Specialist(Projects) – Fully Remote – Until 30th June 2025Pay rate - £23.38 per hourWe’re looking for an experienced HR Data Specialist (Projects) to join our prestigious public sector client based in Wales . You will make an impact through your technical expertise, ability to seek improvements and your understanding of HR processes. You will join an existing HR Project Team, working closely with them to identify and produce both current and future data requirements to support the project’s key deliverables.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve manual processes and databases
  • Develop and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
  • Analyse complex HR and business data, extract key insights, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels to drive informed decisions.
  • Deliver accurate status and progress updates i.e. dashboards, pivot tables
  • Build and track the employee journey throughout the restructuring project, from redeployment to risk factors, responding to the needs of the project
  • Work closely with the HR Project Team and other stakeholders to produce data sets for communications and own the process through to delivery e.g. mail merge notifications
  • Identify opportunities to enhance database efficiency and team workflows, supporting HR initiatives with impactful data analysis.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in working with HR data, particularly in restructures and Target Operating Models (TOMs).
  • Proven experience of design and continuous improvement of manual databases and processes 
  • Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong ability to collect, organise, cleanse and analyse large datasets with attention to detail.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, able to tailor language and products for different audiences with the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders.
  • A proactive, flexible mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
