This hybrid role is based in Cardiff and offering a salary of up to 30,000 per annum, free on-site parking, along with excellent public transport links. Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate attraction, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Provide policy advice and guidance, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with business and legal requirements.
- Support the HR Manager during investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, including taking minutes and drafting correspondence.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Run HR data reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Assist with the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and employee engagement activities.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable handling confidential information. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business are key to succeeding in this role.
