Hoop PS&HR are thrilled to be working in partnership with a distinguished public sector organisation based in Cardiff.Our client is seeking a seasoned People Advisor with substantial case management experience. This is a fixed-term position, available until the end of March 2025, offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, as well as an enhanced benefits package designed to support a healthy work-life balance and professional growth.As the HR Advisor, you will join an extremely supportive and established team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive advice and guidance on various HR matters, such as:
