The role involves managing customer expectations and enhancing interactions through effective communication.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of large customer projects and collaborating with various teams.
The position requires building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, with a salary range of £30,000 to £40,000.

Based in Cardiff.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and interpret customer expectations, enhancing interactions through effective communication.
Oversee and manage the transfer and implementation of large new customer projects, from development to delivery.
Collaborate with customers' purchasing, engineering, and design teams in all new projects.
Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and highlighting new business opportunities within the assigned account base.

Working Week: Monday to Friday
