I am currently recruiting a Windows 11 support engineer for a contract until the end of March 2025. You will be based on site 2 days a week in cardiff with the rest being WFH. You will require an in-depth knowledge of supporting Windows 10/11 issues.You will require experience in the following:

  • Deep knowledge of Windows Workstation Operating Systems.
  • Expertise in Windows 11 troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with user rights management tools (eg, Appsense, Privilege Guard).
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware architecture, drivers, and components.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, group policies, file permissions, registry settings, and patch management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM, ITIL processes, and Scripting languages (VBS, PowerShell, Batch).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
