In this position you will oversee the day-to-day activities and development of the electronics and engineering team, including: managing personnel, multi-site projects and reporting fostering a collaborative environment that empowers creativity and innovation.
The employer will consider candidates with prior leadership experience or a Senior/Lead Engineer that who is ready to move into a management position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the electronics and software engineering team
* Manage new and existing product development
* Review and approve project documentation
* Coordinate with partner, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
* Ensure Compliance with relevant standards (ISO9001, IEC60601 ISO13485 etc.)
Candidate Skills/Experience
* Prior experience in a similar leadership position would be an advantage
* Experience of product design and team management in a regulated environment
* Knowledge of medical devices regulations and standards would be an advantage
* Experience of embedded and application environment
* Comfortable in C, C++, C#, .Net Framework, SQL Server
