I'm looking for a leader with a Microsoft .NET, C#, or SQL background, though are open to any tech stack if you have a passion for leadership, excellence, and deadlines. More than any specific technology, they value strong management style and hands-on experience in software development. You'll manage a range of software systems and projects, using your strategic insight and expertise to guide a talented team to new heights.

Experience needed:

  • At least 2 years in a software engineering leadership role (Senior, Lead, or Manager)
  • Knowledge of .NET is ideal, but Java, PHP, or similar backgrounds are also welcome
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary software teams
  • Familiarity with DevOps & software deployment
  • Bonus points for Azure experience

The role duties include:

  • Play a key role on the IT Leadership Team, setting strategy and processes for all projects
  • Shape, develop, and grow a talented team to align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through project lifecycles, ensuring smooth delivery alongside wider project teams
  • Lead a team of Developers, QA, and DevOps professionals to create high-quality software within deadlines
  • Set team objectives, manage performance, and provide mentorship to Lead Developers
