My client, a market leading manufacturer in their field, is recruiting for a Quality Manager for their facility in Cardiff. They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with construction manufacturing industry.

As a Quality Manager you will:

  • Establish and implement quality control procedures for products.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished elements to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure that all processes and products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
  • Ensure all testing and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Ensure that all quality control processes adhere to health and safety protocols to protect workers.

You will need:

  • Experience in construction manufacturing
