Our client, a well-established and growing company in Cardiff are looking to appoint a Compliance and Quality Lead to support the development of Quality Management Systems & Security of Information Systems throughout the company.

Having worked in a similar environment, the right candidate will lead the delivery of strategies for quality, compliance and information security in line with ISO, GDPR, ITIL and Prince2 standards.

The Role:

* Planning and implementation of all quality management objectives.* Ensure full compliance to all relevant legislation, regulations and guidelines.* Liaise with external third-party certification and accreditation bodies.* Regular reporting on all quality systems and information related issues.* Lead the development of processes to ensure continuous improvement.* Provide the necessary training and advice to managers, staff and customers.* Lead on GDPR related processes, working with Senior stakeholders to deliver compliance.

The Person:

* Excellent experience within Quality and Compliance delivery.* Strong ability to implement quality compliance standards.* Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of information security and legislative requirements.* Detailed knowledge of ISO27001 and a knowledge of GDPR legislation.* Ability to develop effective relationships with senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders.

Salary will be between 35-40k depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package to include:
