Insurance Account Executive

Creative Risk Solutions, part of the Circle Group,are currently recruiting an Insurance Account Executive on a35 hoursper week permanent contract at our friendly Office in Cardiff CF23 7HA

What will you do as our Accounts Executive?

To provide an excellent service to existing clients and develop new clients, ensuring the achievement of agreed corporate budgets, while contributing positively to the branch / divisions strategic direction whilst ensuring that clients interests are being duly served.

To be a role model for junior staff and provide mentoring support to Account Executive(s) and Account Brokers including but not limited to client retention and new business strategy, market placement, and client management.

Skills and Experience

Experience of mid-corporate, complex cases Good working knowledge of market placement, renewal, claims and mid-term developments by delivering appropriate advice and technical expertise Good working knowledge of bespoke insurance packages Experience/ability using MS Office Word, PowerPoint & Excel Good time management Good communication skills Customer focussed attitude Team player
