As an FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims Handler you'll be the reassuring voice our clients hear when they need us the most, right after an accident. Your role is at the heart of the claims team, as you're the first point of contact for callers in distress. You’ll be responsible for gathering and documenting accurate information about the accident, assessing liability, instructing recoveries where necessary and ensuring that the appropriate policy coverage applies.

Your calm, professional, and friendly telephone manner will be key in helping our clients feel supported and confident as you guide them through the initial steps of their claims journey. Following comprehensive training, you'll join a close-knit FNOL team, where you'll begin taking calls and setting up new claims. As you gain experience, you'll also advise clients on additional services and benefits available during the claims process.
