Claims Handler
A fast-growing multi-sector insurance business in Cardiff is hiring for a Claims Handler to join it's Cardiff based team working on a hybrid basis, as a Claims Handler you will be responsible for reviewing customer data, documents, compliance admin and contracts.
This is what you'll be doing
- Evaluate indemnity, liability, and damages in motor claims, primarily focusing on injuries but also encompassing credit hire and property damage.
- Engage in negotiations to reach settlements for claims.
- Persuade claimants to accept our intervention offers, managing damages, hire, and bodily injury claims.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the company's compliance procedures and risks to ensure adherence to all regulatory and legislative mandates.
- Uphold high standards of quality, service, and productivity in line with company expectations.
What you'll bring to the team?
As a polite and friendly claims handler, you will be passionate and have previous experience providing excellent customer service alongside:
- At least 2 years of experience in a motor claims setting, specialising in bodily injury claims.

- A salary of 23,000 - 26,000
- 33 Days Annual Leave (25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays)
