A purpose-lead, law firm are seeking a Billing Assistant on a full time, permanent basis for their offices in Cardiff City Centre. If you have previous billing experience, a highly collaborative attitude and a strong attention to detail, then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a very hybrid role, working 1 day in office per week, with a salary of up to 30k!

You will enjoy a varied role, you will predominantly be responsible for all billing requirements, working closely with the finance teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities could include but are not limited to;

- Accurately billing

- Providing guidance to fee earners, partners and secretaries on financial processes

- Opening files correctly in line with the clients framework

- Running client summary reports and looking for opportunities to improve

- Dealing with client queries on invoices and financial matters

- Ensuring ledger financial hygiene is maintained

- Elements of revenue control

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role previously and particularly be comfortable managing high volumes of invoicing. This particular role is working with high value invoices so the legal billing experience is preferable.
