Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Pensions Manager on a nearly remote basis.
The Pensions Manager will:
Manage the Company's Pension Risk and costs. Ensure the Company's Pension Scheme is subject to good governance and pension scheme members receive the correct benefits, information and guidance about their retirement savings. Provision of technical guidance, education and expertise on pension related matters.
Responsible for: Two direct reports
Manage two the Pension Defined Benefit Scheme (DB) and two Defined Contribution
pension schemes (DC) - circa 4,500 members.
Planning and oversight of all pensions related projects.
Provide pension related information, guidance and education to other Managers, Administrators and members.
Maintain relationships with Trade Unions, professional advisers and external Pension Administrators.
Offer guidance and interpretation of complex pension issues to members of the senior leadership team.
Monitor and comment on DB Scheme funding and consequent impact on the Company's accounts.
Oversight and audit of all pension-related administrative processes
On offer:
Salary of up to £70,000
Travel allowance

Near fully home based but bi monthly visits to sites will be needed.
