Are you looking for a role where you can use your experience of working within the financial services industry and in particular, advice relating to the transfer of Defined Benefit (DB) Pension arrangements. If so, this might be what you have been looking for.
You may have been in a role where you were overseeing the advice process, performing file reviews of pension transfer advice, or perhaps, even providing the advice personally. If so, this role will enable you to use all that experience and expertise. You will be overseeing the compliance and regulatory aspects of DB transfer advice within a financial services network. The business will require that you hold a relevant qualification demonstrating your expertise such as AF7/AF8/G60/PETR.

The business is an FCA-regulated, growing IFA Network. They are a robust, institutionally backed group, with a diverse, supportive, and highly experienced team. They have been in existence for many years and are currently embarking on an exciting growth programme.
The Role
This role is varied and will see you getting involved in several areas that support the overall success of the network. You will provide support and guidance to member firms and advisors, undertaking pre-sale file checks for transfer advice including DB schemes and other arrangements with safeguarded benefits.
You will review and update guidance on pension transfer advice in response to regulatory changes and deal with member queries. You will complete regulatory returns as well as assess the history of DB involvement for new firms joining the network, assisting with responses to the FCA during the application process. You will review client-facing content and help support members who wish to obtain Pension Transfer specialist status.
