We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Administrator with proficiency in Xero software to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing pay gateways, reconciling accounts, and handling supplier invoices. The position offers flexible working days, allowing the candidate to spread their 24 hours per week as they choose.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial administration using Xero software.
- Handle pay gateways and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the finance department.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in using Xero software for financial management.
- Experience with pay gateways, reconciling accounts, and managing supplier invoices.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
