We are working with a leading property developer looking to bring on board a driven and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join their dynamic team. Role Overview:

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work closely with senior planners, developers, and other professionals on a range of planning projects. You will have the opportunity to assist with planning applications, policy analysis, site appraisals, and development strategies. The role will provide invaluable hands-on experience, as well as excellent mentoring to help you grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the preparation of planning applications and reports.
Conducting site appraisals and planning research.
Assisting with policy analysis and ensuring compliance with local and national planning regulations.
Liaising with internal teams, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Contributing to the preparation of planning statements and documentation for projects.
Assisting in managing the planning process from inception to completion.

Requirements:

A relevant degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or similar discipline.
A strong interest in the built environment and town planning processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm to learn and progress in a career in town planning.
