Are you an experienced Land Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading housebuilder? We are working with a well-established residential developer seeking a talented individual to join their Land team.

The Role:

As a Land Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and securing new land opportunities to support the company's ongoing growth. Reporting to the Land & Planning Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and assessing strategic and immediate land opportunities in line with regional and divisional objectives.
  • Conducting financial appraisals and negotiating acquisitions.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and planning policy changes.
  • Developing strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Managing the land acquisition process from initial identification through to successful purchase.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in land acquisition within the housebuilding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the planning system, land valuation, legal contracts, and affordable housing policies.
  • Chartered Membership or working towards membership of RICS and/or RTPI is desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
