We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded consultancy specialising in town planning, masterplanning, urban design, and landscape architecture. The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

  • Lead on planning projects of varying scales, from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on planning applications and development proposals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and community groups.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company through business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in planning.
  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
