Senior Planner

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a top UK consultancy in planning and design that's been growing fast and is now looking to expand their team in Cardiff. They're looking for a Senior Planner to join their team and work on some exciting residential and mixed-use projects. You'll be involved in everything from strategic planning to development management, all while working with both private and public clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading on residential and mixed-use development projects.
- Offering advice on strategic planning and development management.
- Coordinating projects and making sure they run smoothly.
- Working closely with a variety of clients, from private developers to public sector bodies.
What We're Looking For:
- RTPI accredited, or working towards Chartered Membership (MRTPI).
- Experience in planning, ideally in the private sector.
- Familiarity with residential and mixed-use developments.
- Great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating.
