The Role

My client is looking for a Town Planner to join their team in either Bristol or Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for both private and public sector clients.

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team, providing high-quality planning advice and helping to drive projects forward.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with planning applications for residential and mixed-use developments

  • Supporting strategic and development management planning projects

  • Preparing reports and planning documentation

  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities

  • Coordinating planning projects and assisting with planning applications



What They Are Looking For



Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fully accredited RTPI qualifications and working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI

  • A minimum of 1 year post-graduate planning experience

  • Experience working on residential and mixed-use developments

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to use initiative and work independently

  • A strong teamwork ethic
