Town PlannerLocation: Cardiff
My client, a dynamic planning consultancy, is looking for a skilled and motivated Town Planner to join their team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have some professional planning experience and will be involved in a variety of planning projects, providing advice, preparing applications, and liaising with clients and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit planning applications and reports.
- Advise clients on planning policies and regulations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
- Some professional planning experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Membership with RTPI (or working towards) is preferred.
