Role & Responsibilities as Town Planner: Supporting and advising on diverse development projects, responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and analysis
  • Assessing risks and opportunities within planning frameworks
  • Managing planning applications and development proposals
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities
  • Preparing reports, strategies, and recommendations
  • Negotiating outcomes that align with client objectives

Qualifications for the Town Planner: Ideal candidates will have:

  • Membership (or near qualification) in RTPI
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in development planning and management (public or private sector preferred)
