An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join my client, a well-established and reputable personal injury law firm based in Cardiff. This role is perfect for a motivated solicitor looking to further their career by handling high-value, complex catastrophic injury cases.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a caseload of catastrophic injury claims, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and other life-altering cases. You will provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring they receive the compensation and care they deserve. This is a great opportunity to work within a specialist team dedicated to making a real difference in clients' lives.Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a range of complex catastrophic injury claims, including serious brain and spinal injuries.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing empathetic, expert legal advice.
  • Working closely with medical experts, rehabilitation providers, and insurers.
  • Managing cases from inception to settlement, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong previous experience of handling or assisting on catastrophic claims. 
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to work compassionately with clients who have sustained life-changing injuries.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
