Clinical Negligence Associate – CardiffPQE: 1-5 yearsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Associate to join a top-tier law firm in their Cardiff office. This role offers the chance to work within a dedicated clinical negligence team, known nationally for its expertise and commitment to achieving outstanding results for clients.The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims, representing clients who have experienced life-altering injuries. With a supportive team environment and a focus on professional growth, this role is ideal for a solicitor looking to further develop their career within claimant clinical negligence law. Responsibilities:
  • Managing a variety of clinical negligence cases, including high-value and sensitive claims.
  • Providing empathetic and expert guidance to clients, from initial consultation to case resolution.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and experts to develop robust legal strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 years PQE with experience in clinical negligence or catastrophic injury.
  • Strong client care skills and the ability to handle complex, sensitive cases.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation abilities.
