Douglas Scott are currently working with a top 100 law firm who are seeking an NQ to join their esteemed Clinical Negligence team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a long-established firm that promises excellent career prospects. As a Clinical Negligence NQ, you will work alongside a senior fee earner on a caseload of high value, complex Clinical Negligence matters to include brain injuries, birth injuries, surgical errors and misdiagnosis. As you become established within in the team there will be opportunities to take on your own smaller caseload. The ideal candidate will have completed a Clinical Negligence seat during their training contract, however candidates who have completed a Catastrophic Injury seat and have a genuine interest in Clinical Negligence work will also be considered.
