Full Details:

Job Summary:

  • Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters as part of our dynamic Dispute Resolution team.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Prepare legal documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and represent them in court and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Assess risks and develop effective strategies for resolution.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the development of junior solicitors and trainees.

Requirements:

With ideally 3-6 years PQE in commercial litigation (although all applicants will be considered), you will have a wealth of experience in:

  • Strong drafting, negotiation,
  • and advocacy skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil procedure rules and commercial litigation processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and effective case management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially aware with a keen understanding of clients' business objectives.
