What you will be doing as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor

As part of the firm's Commercial Disputes team, the successful candidate will handle a diverse range of challenging commercial litigation cases. This role provides the chance to work with national and international clients, offering solutions to a wide range of disputes, including commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and intellectual property issues.

The experience you will have as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor

  • Managing a portfolio of high-value, complex commercial disputes with minimal supervision.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients across various industries.
  • Mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the firm.
  • Collaborating closely with partners to ensure effective case strategies are implemented.
  • Attending court hearings and conducting legal research to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
  • Regular travel between Cardiff and London to meet with clients and colleagues.
