Job Summary:
- Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters as part of our dynamic Dispute Resolution team.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Prepare legal documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and represent them in court and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Assess risks and develop effective strategies for resolution.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the development of junior solicitors and trainees.
Requirements:
With ideally 3-6 years PQE in commercial litigation (although all applicants will be considered), you will have a wealth of experience in:
- Strong drafting, negotiation,
- and advocacy skills.
- In-depth knowledge of civil procedure rules and commercial litigation processes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and effective case management skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware with a keen understanding of clients' business objectives.
