Position: Corporate Associate (3PQE+) Salary: Up to £70,000 Location: Cardiff Overview A Legal 500 firm based in Cardiff is looking to take on an Associate to join their growing corporate team. The Role Reporting to the Partners and collaborating with the firms’ award-winning Corporate Team, you will handle a wide range of corporate matters; advising diverse clients, from start-ups to large corporations, on complex, high-value transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, buy-outs, restructuring, and PE/VC investments. Who 
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3PQE gained within a corporate team at a City or national firm. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating commercial acumen 
  • Sound judgement, particularly in running due diligence and disclosure processes. 
  • Proactive, 'can-do' attitude, approaching challenges flexibly and excel under pressure. 
  • Keen interest in driving and participating in team business development initiatives further complements their professional profile.
