Hours: Full time.OverviewTop Tier, Legal 500 Law firm are looking for an experienced Senior Associate who is at least 4 years post qualified. The working location is Cardiff; however, they are happy to consider applicants further afield with flexibility to work from home as long you are where you need to be, when you need to be there. They require someone who has experienced as a Senior Solicitor and has worked on M&A, private Equity, Venture Capital and Corporate Advisory work. Responsibilities:* Handling various Corporate matters including Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture capital and Corporate Advisory work. * Manage and execute M&A and private equity transactions.* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure timely completion of deals.* Provide expert legal opinions and strategic advice on complex corporate matters.* Handle cross-border and multi-jurisdictional projects in conjunction with international legal teams.* Support clients with corporate advisory services, including shareholders' agreements and governance advice.* Assist in corporate restructuring and joint venture planning.Required experience:* Qualified Senior Solicitor or equivalent 4+ PQE * Demonstrated experience navigating the areas listed above with ease. (M&A, Private Equity etc). * High standard of client care. * Experience working on high quality, high value, complex files.
