CORPORATE SOLICITOR (SENIOR), 5+ PQE, This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading regional law firm based in the Cardiff. You will be working with some of the most highly regarded partners in the corporate market. If you are interested or would you like to find out more, please Theresa Lucas on quoting reference number TL7484• The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team of experts who have established a well-deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice and well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness.• The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs.• The Corporate Solicitor will have the flexibility to decide whether they specialise in a particular field or whether they undertake a more broad M & A caseload.• It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team.• The ideal Corporate Solicitor will have excellent academics and 5+ PQE in their existing firm. You will have ideally gained your experience within corporate law at another recognised law firm.• The Solicitor should have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.• The Corporate Solicitor will be an expert at business development and committed to cross selling and supporting growth of other areas of the business.• The Corporate Solicitor will be expected to use their experience and expertise to help other members of the team reach their full potential.
