You will provide support to the Corporate Commercial team, handling diverse aspects of contentious and advisory employment law. Responsibilities include managing employment disputes, tribunal cases, and resolution strategies; advising clients on complex employment contracts, policies, and procedures; supporting businesses through TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy programs; and offering strategic HR advice on dismissals, grievances, and employee relations.This position presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of the firm’s employment law practice, with the successful candidate taking a leading role in the development of the team as it grows.
