Solicitor - Group Litigation and Collective ClaimsStep into a pivotal role within one of the UK's premier group litigation teams, renowned for championing claimant-side collective redress. My client is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join our esteemed Group and Collective Litigation team, a leader in landmark group actions spanning environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer, and financial mis-selling claims.

Experience required:

You are not expected to have prior specialist knowledge of collective actions, or the practice areas referred to above as full training will be provided. You must be experienced and confident in managing a small caseload through the litigation process.

  • Liaise directly with clients, manage queries, provide updates, and play a hands-on role in progressing matters to trial
