My client is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join our esteemed Group and Collective Litigation team, a leader in landmark group actions spanning environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer, and financial mis-selling claims.
Experience required:
You are not expected to have prior specialist knowledge of collective actions, or the practice areas referred to above as full training will be provided. You must be experienced and confident in managing a small caseload through the litigation process.

- Progress complex, high-value cases alongside senior colleagues.
- Handle individual claims and assist with strategic issues common across large client cohorts.
- Review documents, prepare witness statements, instructions to counsel, and draft pleadings and correspondence.
- Liaise directly with clients, manage queries, provide updates, and play a hands-on role in progressing matters to trial
