You may already be a Partner or a Senior Associate looking to take the next step and join a reputable, award-winning, Legal 500 firm, where you will lead and grow a residential property team in Central Cardiff.
My client is seeking an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer to join a successful department in this critical hire, with responsibility for leading and growing the team in Wales.
You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Partner (10+ years PQE) with management experience and the technical ability to handle your own caseload, from initial instruction through to post-completion. Your caseload will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and both freehold and leasehold properties.
In addition, you will be active in managing new clients and building strong relationships with referrers in the local area.
