Known for their innovative, client-focused legal solutions, they are seeking a high-calibre Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their team as a Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on high-value non-contentious construction matters, drafting and negotiating complex construction documents.
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive and strategic advice.
  • Play a key role in expanding the construction offering and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Champion the adoption of legal technology and the development of efficient processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a non-contentious construction role within a reputable UK law firm.
  • Deep understanding of construction law, project development, and contract management.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and developing strong client relationships.
  • Passion for integrating legal technology and developing streamlined processes.
  • Strong mentoring skills and ability to support the professional development of junior lawyers.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience with JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts for large-scale projects.

Salary:

- Annual salary range: £100,000 - £150,000 (Subject to following)
