Their services include bespoke will drafting, probate and estate administrations, deputyship applications, trusts, Powers of Attorney, probate disputes, and court of protection matters.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience: 3+ years of PQE in private client work
- Technical Expertise: Excellent technical knowledge in handling wills and probate caseloads
- Client Relations: Ability to forge and nurture strong client relationships
- Communication: Effective communicator, capable of handling sensitive matters with professionalism and courtesy
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using case management systems
- Business Development: Comfortable conducting networking and business development activities
