I’m currently recruiting for a Professional Discipline Solicitor on behalf of a top 40 UK law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their healthcare regulatory department based in Cardiff. If you're looking to work in a highly regarded team alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this position, you'll be assisting the wider professional discipline team, advising and representing healthcare professionals such as doctors and dentists. This includes providing legal support on matters involving disciplinary actions, criminal charges, and sanctions on behalf of both a medical defence organisation and private clients.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE and may come from a healthcare regulatory background or from employment or criminal law, with a keen interest in transitioning into healthcare regulatory work. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a rare retrain role in the sector.Salary is dependent on experience, with those at the higher PQE level (10+ years) earning up to £80,000, and mid-level PQE (around 5 years) in the mid-£60k range.
