In this position, you'll be assisting the wider professional discipline team, advising and representing healthcare professionals such as doctors and dentists. This includes providing legal support on matters involving disciplinary actions, criminal charges, and sanctions on behalf of both a medical defence organisation and private clients.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE and may come from a healthcare regulatory background or from employment or criminal law, with a keen interest in transitioning into healthcare regulatory work.
