TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a highly recognised property firm in Central Cardiff who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Manager ( No fee Earning) to join their growing Cardiff property team.
The Role & Responsibilities:
路 Supervising a team running full caseloads.
路 Managing a team with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
路 Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
- Preferably 7 plus years PQE
- Supervising a team of conveyancers / case handlers
- Have a strong technical proficiency
- Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be able to deal with complex matters
- Oversee all Cardiff team members
