This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Conveyancer who is looking to join a team that are focused on delivering excellent service to high net worth clients, and who is motivated to progress.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Wales' fastest growing modern law firms, that combines a fresh and forward-thinking approach with a client-focused, local feel to deliver a range of award-winning, quality services.This role will be based in Cardiff, with the opportunity to work remotely for some days of the weekThis is what you'll be doing

路 Running a caseload with an assistant

路 Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.

路 Understanding and adhering to SRA compliance/ CLC Code of Conduct requirements and any other governing/regulatory body's rules and regulations e.g. SRA and land registry.

路 Delivering exceptional customer service.

路 Working with a Case Management System.

路 Managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

路 Conducting comprehensive due diligence on properties, including title checks, searches, and legal documentation review.

路 Drafting contracts, deeds, and other legal documents related to property transactions.

路 Liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.

路 Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on conveyancing matters, including property law, contracts, and legal rights and obligations.

路 Keeping abreast of changes in property law and regulations and ensure that all conveyancing processes adhere to current best practices and standards.

路 Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property transactions and client interactions.

The experience you'll bring to the team

路 Qualified Solicitor/FCLIEX NQ-4PQE

路 Experience in managing your own caseload of Conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to completion

路 Excellent client relationship skills

路 Exceptional attention to detail

路 A team player

路 Qualified in the area of practice, either as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer

路 Excellent communication skills and be able to set an example to other members of the team

路 Able to make independent decisions relating to your area of responsibility

路 Thorough knowledge and understanding of the CLC Code of Conduct and any other governing/regulatory body's rules and regulations, e.g. SRA and Land Registry.

路 Experience with sales and purchase transactions - freehold, leasehold and unregistered.

路 Experience of dealing with New Build Transactions.

路 Experience of dealing with Shared Ownership Transactions.

路 Experience of dealing with Remortgages.

路 High attention to detail and being able to prioritise.
