What you will do as the quality engineer
Lead and mentor a small team of quality technicians, with responsibilities to include.
- Leading quality improvements across manufacturing processes, ensuring every product exceeds expectations.
- Managing material testing for external certifications and work closely with internal teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Overseeing the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure reliability.
- Collaborating with production teams to enhance quality control plans and processes.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to an environment that rewards innovation and dedication.
What you will need to apply for the quality engineer position
- Experience as a quality engineer or senior quality technician.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ideally being a certified auditor.
- Knowledge of external quality standards and customer requirements.

The package
A salary of up to £38,700, with a bonus of up to 10%, a 5% pension, cash healthcare and 25 holidays plus the bank holidays.
The working hours 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
