The RoleAs a Legal Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s overall operations. Working closely with all teams across the practice, your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient handling of administrative tasks, supporting fee earners, and contributing to the day-to-day functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to all departments, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assisting with diary management and scheduling appointments.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and reports.
  • Maintaining and updating client records on the firm’s case management system.
  • Supporting the team with general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy office environment.
