Our client is a small, multi-discipline firm based in Cardiff. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their property team. Experience within conveyancing is essential, as well as the ability to work quickly and accurately. Duties
- Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management System (CMS)
- Updating the CMS in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
- Issuing contracts on sales files, dealing with replies to any enquiries
- Setting up completions and issuing mortgage reports to clients
- Handling incoming post and telephone enquiries where necessary and possible
- General administration duties - including but not limited to filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving
You
- You must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within conveyancing
- Proficient IT skills
- High standard of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective way
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptive approach to work
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
